Overview I’m looking for a hands-on Claude AI expert to help me set up Claude Projects (Co-work / team workflows) and turn my day-to-day work into structured, repeatable systems. This is not prompt writing for fun. This is about execution, workflows, SOPs, and automation-ready processes. You will work closely with me to: Structure Claude Projects correctly Define reusable workflows Document SOPs Help connect Claude outputs to real business systems What You’ll Be Doing Set up Claude Projects with proper system instructions Design reusable workflow templates (decision-making, execution, systemization) Help translate messy ideas into clear SOPs Document workflows using Google Docs or Notion Identify where automation can be layered later (Zapier, Make, n8n) Record or outline workflows so they can be reused by a team This is a thinking + execution role, not admin work. Required Experience You must have real experience with: Claude Projects (or advanced Claude usage) Workflow design and SOP creation Systems thinking (operations, execution, processes) AI-assisted operations, not just chatting with AI Nice to have: Zapier / Make / n8n ClickUp, Notion, Slack workflows COO, ops, or systems background How We’ll Work Start with a paid trial (2 to 5 hours) If it works, this becomes ongoing work Clear outcomes, not micromanagement Direct communication, fast feedback Deliverables Claude Project setup with system instructions At least 3 to 5 reusable workflows Documented SOPs Clear recommendations for automation next steps Who This Is NOT For Prompt sellers Generic VAs People who only “experiment” with AI Anyone who can’t think in systems
