We are looking for an organized and proactive Administrative & Operations Coordinator to join our team and help scale our operations.
Role Overview
The Administrative & Operations Coordinator will be the backbone of our day-to-day business operations. You will manage client appointments, coordinate production, track orders, and ensure a seamless flow from inquiry to delivery. Your work will allow the creative team to focus on designing and delivering luxury menswear experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and schedule client appointments, fittings, and consultations
Maintain client records, including measurements and order history
Coordinate with production factory and tailoring team to track garment progress
Ensure timely delivery of orders to clients
Handle general administrative duties (emails, calls, file management)
Assist in logistics and inventory tracking
Support the creative director and sales team as needed

Qualifications
Proven administrative experience (preferably in fashion, luxury, or client-facing environments)
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Professional, courteous, and detail-oriented
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfortable using digital tools (Google Suite, calendars, CRM software)
Experience in fashion or luxury service environments is a plus
