We own multiple companies (insurance, property management, and construction) and recently consolidated into one Microsoft 365 tenant. We need an experienced Microsoft 365 architect to design a scalable, centralized system across Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot. The project includes building a clean Teams structure with proper permissions for multiple entities and a shared admin layer. We also need a well-organized SharePoint architecture with governance and document management best practices. A key priority is building an insurance quoting queue using Microsoft Forms and Power Automate with routing, prioritization, assignment, and dashboard tracking. We want a centralized executive dashboard pulling data from systems like AppFolio, QuickBooks, and our insurance CRM. We are specifically looking for someone who can strategically incorporate AI into our systems, including leveraging Microsoft Copilot and automation to drive insights and efficiency. We need a strategic systems thinker with deep Microsoft 365 architecture experience, not basic IT support.
