Job Description: Senior NetSuite Technical Consultant / SuiteScript Developer 1. Location: Remote 2. Job Type: Freelance 3. Experience Level: 7+ Years Responsibilities: • Architect and implement file-based ingestion mechanisms for externally generated VMS data • Develop SuiteScript 2.x automations (User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce) • Automate customer payment application and invoice matching logic • Design custom reconciliation records and audit trails • Build exception queues for unmatched transactions • Optimize performance for high-volume transaction matching • Develop reconciliation dashboards using Saved Searches and SuiteAnalytics • Implement structured Excel transformation logic prior to ingestion • Provide technical recommendations where APIs are not available • Ensure solution scalability, governance, and data integrity Requirements • 7+ years of hands-on NetSuite technical experience preferred • Advanced SuiteScript 2.x (User Event, Scheduled, Map/Reduce) • Automated CSV ingestion into NetSuite • Custom payment application scripting • Strong Accounts Receivable module expertise: o Customer Payments o Deposits o Invoice Application • Custom record creation for reconciliation tracking • Exception queue development • Performance optimization for transaction-heavy environments • Saved Searches & SuiteAnalytics dashboard creation • Strong Excel data transformation capabilities • Experience designing automation solutions where API access is unavailable • Strong documentation and solution design skills • Prior experience in staffing or high-volume invoice environments is desirable • Experience integrating external VMS or payroll-related systems is desirable • Knowledge of RPA tools for structured data extraction is desirable
