Description Executive coach seeking a part-time Social Media Assistant (10 hours per week). Excellent written and spoken American English are essential. Must be available at least 3 hours with Pacific Standard Time (PST) between 10am–4pm to allow for real-time communication and collaboration. This includes meeting face-to-face via video. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong organizational, communication, and technical skills. Responsibilities: Research trends, topics, foundational studies, and other reference material Create, format, and generate content in Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Google Slides, Microsoft Word Create, manage, and organize data in Google Sheets (formulas, formatting, charts) Produce polished content and presentations to professional standards Format newsletters and sequences on Substack Support social media content creation (written, visual, video) for Linkedin, Substack, Instagram, and Threads. Design support using Canva, PowerPoint; Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
