We are seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist with experience in Expert Advisors (EAs) and algorithmic trading platforms to assist new clients with setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting. This is a client-facing role requiring strong communication skills and hands-on platform experience. Responsibilities • Guide new customers through platform and EA setup • Assist with installation and configuration of trading software • Troubleshoot common setup issues (VPS, connectivity, permissions, etc.) • Ensure customers are successfully launched and operational • Document recurring issues and improve onboarding processes • Coordinate with technical team when escalation is required Requirements • Experience with MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) and Expert Advisors • Understanding of VPS environments and remote desktop usage • Basic networking knowledge (ports, firewalls, latency basics) • Strong written communication skills • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users Preferred • Experience supporting algorithmic traders • Familiarity with trade copiers, signal services, or automation tools • Prior customer support or onboarding experience To Apply Please share: • Platforms you’ve worked with (MT4, MT5, etc.) • Experience supporting EAs • Availability (hours per week) • Time zone We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with traders to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
