We're looking for an experienced Shopify developer to help us with three specific tasks on our store. This is a short-to-mid term engagement with the possibility of ongoing work if the collaboration goes well.
What we need:
1. Fulfillment Bug Audit & Fix
Orders are currently being marked as "Fulfilled" immediately after checkout, before any shipment occurs. We need you to diagnose what's triggering this (native setting, Flow automation, or third-party app) and correct it.
2. Order Status Page — Customer Support Visibility
We need to add a customer support element to the post-purchase order status page so customers can easily reach us. This involves a Liquid edit and should not break the existing layout.
3. Chatbase Chatbot Integration
Embed a Chatbase AI chatbot on the storefront, connected to a Google Docs folder as its knowledge base. This is a script embed + API configuration.
Our requirements:
All work must be done on a staging store first
Full documentation of every change made
Time tracked via Time Doctor
Clear communication before touching anything in production
Ideal candidate:
Proven Shopify experience (Shopify Plus a plus)
Comfortable with Liquid, Shopify Functions, and third-party integrations
Based in Eastern Europe preferred
