🚀 Senior Full-Stack Developer Needed – AI-Driven Investment Matching SaaS Overview We are building an AI-powered SaaS platform that matches companies with institutional investors (DFIs, family offices, impact funds, VCs) through structured data ingestion, automated financial extraction, and intelligent scoring. This is not a simple web app. This is a structured, data-driven platform designed for institutional users. We are seeking a senior full-stack engineer or small elite dev team to build the MVP with production-grade architecture. You will work directly with the Founder (finance/M&A background, strong technical literacy, clear product specs). 🎯 What the SAAS Does • Companies upload documents (financials, pitch decks, forecasts, data room files) • AI extracts structured data into a standardized schema • Investor mandates are structured into matching rules • The system scores and ranks company-investor fit • Both sides see intelligent dashboards and filtered matches Future roadmap includes: • Live deal rooms • Messaging • API integrations • Multi-LLM orchestration 🏗 Scope of Work 1️⃣ Backend Development Build scalable backend architecture including: • User authentication (multi-role: Company / Investor / Admin) • Document ingestion (PDF, Excel, PPT, CSV) • Structured data storage (Postgres preferred, JSONB support) • AI extraction pipeline integration (OpenAI / Anthropic APIs) • Matching engine (rule-based scoring system initially) • Admin control panel • Audit logs and permission controls Nice to have: • Experience building ingestion pipelines • Experience handling financial data structures • Experience building scoring or ranking engines 2️⃣ Frontend Development Clean, institutional-grade UI (not startup-cartoon style).
