We’re looking for an experienced HubSpot specialist to help us set up our CRM and SMS automation from scratch and design a clean, scalable system. What we need: - Initial HubSpot CRM setup (pipelines, properties, structure) - Connect CloudTalk so calls and SMS are logged in HubSpot - Connect Customer.io for event syncing - Connect our internal system via webhooks so all calls and conversations are centralized in HubSpot - Use HubSpot to send marketing SMS through our CloudTalk number and keep replies centralized - Make sure all calls, SMS, and conversations are visible inside HubSpot - Clean contact timelines and basic reporting - Light documentation Very soon, we’ll also need to integrate paid ads (Google + Meta) so leads, calls, and messages are tracked and centralized correctly. We’re looking for someone who: - Has real experience setting up HubSpot as a CRM - Has experience with CloudTalk and webhook/API integrations - Can think creatively and suggest better workflows and automation ideas - Can design something scalable we won’t outgrow quickly
