You can learn more about us at: https://www.s3adventures.com What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a contractor experienced in building real AI agents and automations to help us explore how using AI agents might meaningfully improve our operations, marketing, research, and growth strategy. We rely heavily on these software tools: -Smartsheet -Smartwaiver -Square -Gmail -Framer (webdesign tool) This initial engagement starts ONLY as an exploratory look at what agents might be able to do for us. This could evolve into ongoing small projects. To be clear - We are a small startup and just dipping our toes into the AI Agent world. This is not a big complex project, nor will it evolve to be. We do however want to learn along the way so hope to find a contractor who can help teach us how it was built throughout the process. Phase 1: Exploration & Strategy We want someone who can: -Assess our current tech stack and opportunities for automation. -Assess integration capabilities between them. -Propose practical, high-leverage use cases -Recommend architecture (OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, Make/Zapier, custom APIs, etc.) -Outline cost, complexity, and maintenance implications We’re especially interested in agents that could: -Automate repetitive admin tasks (like auditing forms and waivers, updating spreadsheets with invoice details) -Improve email marketing and engagement -Assist with social content planning and outreach -Perform deep destination research eg. We want to offer a new -Safari trip to Kenya (deep dive into research and recommendations) -Build draft a catalog of templates for automated communications -Conduct cost/value analysis on new trip locations -Help evaluate profitability and expansion strategy Ideal Candidate: Has built production-level AI agents (not just prompt chains) Understands APIs, integrations, and automation frameworks Thinks strategically about business leverage Communicates clearly and translates technical concepts into plain English Has experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier etc.) Bonus: Experience in travel, marketing automation, or operational systems Important: This is not a “build me a chatbot” job. We’re looking for someone who can think architecturally and strategically about how AI agents could create meaningful operational and marketing leverage for a growing travel company. We are building this company with our own money and do not have investors so every dollar counts. We are looking closer at how AI can help us make stronger processes and save time.
