What We Need We are hiring a Shopify Dropshipping Manager who can: 1️⃣ Product Research & Validation Find high-margin, scalable products Competitor research Validate demand before launch Avoid saturated “TikTok hype” junk Analyze shipping times and supplier reliability Margin calculation (minimum 30–40% net target) 2️⃣ Store Setup & Optimization Build or optimize Shopify store High-converting product pages Proper product descriptions (benefit-focused) Upsells / bundles Apps integration Payment gateway setup Conversion optimization 3️⃣ Supplier Management Source reliable suppliers (not random AliExpress vendors) Negotiate pricing Faster shipping options Quality control checks Automation via DSers / CJ / private supplier 4️⃣ Advertising & Scaling Meta Ads setup TikTok Ads (if product fits) Testing framework Scaling winning creatives Cost per acquisition tracking ROAS optimization 5️⃣ Daily Operations Order fulfillment oversight Customer support systems Refund handling Tracking issues Scaling budget responsibly Who You Are ✔️ Proven experience running Shopify dropshipping stores ✔️ Can show real results (screenshots or case studies) ✔️ Understands profit, not just revenue ✔️ Strong in Meta ads ✔️ Data-driven decision maker ✔️ Knows how to build a brand, not just a one-product store Bonus: • Experience with private label transition • Experience moving from dropshipping → inventory model • Experience scaling beyond $50K/month Compensation Structure Open to: Monthly retainer OR Lower retainer + profit share We want alignment of incentives.
