Site health is currently 69%. Scope of Work: 1. Full Technical SEO Fix * Resolve all critical errors and high-priority warnings from our site audit * Fix duplicate titles, duplicate meta descriptions, duplicate content * Improve crawlability and internal linking structure * Optimize redirects and canonical tags * Improve page speed and Core Web Vitals * Fix structured data and hreflang issues * Optimize image SEO (alt attributes, compression, etc.) * Clean up JavaScript/CSS issues affecting performance 2. On-Page SEO & Ranking Strategy * Keyword research (Arabic & English – Saudi market) * Create SEO structure for product and category pages * Optimize metadata, headings, and content structure * Build topical authority in our niche * Develop a clear roadmap to rank for priority commercial terms 3.
