Our HWS team members are located all over the world. We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support the growth and optimization of our lifecycle programs. In this role, you will help design, test, implement, and measure multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and retention. You will support the execution of high-impact lifecycle initiatives, and turn insights into meaningful optimizations and enhancements. This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your lifecycle expertise, contribute to measurable business outcomes, and help evolve how we engage customers across their journey. Responsibilities Support execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, in-product messaging, and related channels, ensuring timely delivery and measurable performance against engagement and conversion goals. Support testing and optimization efforts by analyzing results and translating findings into actionable recommendations to improve engagement and retention. Support demand generation initiatives by building and optimizing nurture sequences aligned to campaign goals and audience segmentation strategies. Implement campaigns within Braze, ensuring audience accuracy, personalization logic, and quality assurance prior to launch. Maintain and update lifecycle documentation, campaign briefs, and process guidelines; participate in periodic audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. Monitor campaign performance dashboards, proactively identify trends or anomalies, and recommend optimizations that improve efficiency and customer experience. What it takes to catch our eye Demonstrated experience executing lifecycle or CRM campaigns, with hands-on expertise in Braze or a similar marketing automation platform. Comfort using data to inform decisions, including running experiments, interpreting results, and translating insights into next steps. Experience building nurture sequences in support of demand generation, activation, or retention initiatives. Capable-level AI proficiency, including using AI tools to draft and refine campaign copy, summarize performance insights, or accelerate testing plans while validating outputs for accuracy and relevance . Clear written and cross-functional communication skills, with a proactive and growth-oriented approach to learning and continuous improvement. Team-oriented mindset with the ability to balance independent ownership of projects while staying closely aligned with cross-functional partners.
