I’m looking for a Zoho expert who understands segmentation and automated marketing flows. Right now, we have about 18,000 contacts in Zoho. The issue is that most key data points are not stored at the contact level. The meaningful data such as booking history, trip type, frequency, and dates sits under Bookings or Deals. I need someone who knows how to build automated marketing segments and drip flows using deal level data, even when the contact record itself is missing structured information. Scope would include building up to 5 automated flows based on booking behavior and lifecycle stage. Do you have experience creating segmentation logic in Zoho where behavioral data lives under Deals instead of Contacts? How would you approach syncing or mapping that data for marketing automation?
