Overview We’re a fast-growing e-commerce brand looking for a highly experienced Klaviyo specialist to fully manage our email and SMS marketing. This is not an entry-level role. We want someone who understands revenue strategy, segmentation, deliverability, offer positioning, and performance optimization. Scope of Work: Weekly Campaigns 2–3 email campaigns per week 2–3 SMS campaigns per week Campaign planning aligned with promotions, product drops, launches, and seasonal pushes Copywriting and creative direction (design collaboration if needed) A/B testing subject lines, offers, and send times Post-send performance analysis ------------------------------------------------------------------- Flows: Audit and optimize existing flows Build new revenue-driving flows as needed Improve segmentation and targeting Ongoing testing and optimization Ensure proper triggers, logic, and timing ------------------------------------------------------ What We’re Looking For: 3+ years hands-on Klaviyo experience Strong understanding of DTC e-commerce Ability to increase revenue per subscriber Experience with list growth strategy Strong copywriting skills for conversion Data-driven decision making Ability to proactively suggest improvements ------------------------------------------------ Nice to Have: Experience in apparel or lifestyle brands Experience coordinating with Meta / paid traffic strategy SMS platform experience (Klaviyo SMS preferred) To Apply Please include: Case studies with revenue impact Example campaigns and flows you’ve built Estimated monthly management cost Your approach to increasing revenue from an existing list This is ongoing work for the right person.
