Go High Level Booking Confirmation and Reply to Email Issue

I just signed up for a Go High Level account, I used to be on Hubspot but am migrating my funnels over because GHL is more affordable.
My funnels work where a lead goes to my landing page, books a meeting, then gets created in GHL, a confirmation email gets sent to them and I am supposed to receive a booking confirmation in my inbox
For whatever reason, when a client books in my calendar I do not receive an email confirming the booking. Also if the client wants to respond to the email the "reply to" address is set to some long string email and when they reply it does not end up in my inbox
I know a decent amount about email setup, I originally had the dedicated domain created but it was overwriting some of my other MX records on my domain so I opted to just do the SMTP Gmail setup. When I contacted GHL customer service they told me its the SMTP that's the issue. I set it all up right to my knowledge so I don't think that's accurate.
I also set the reply to email in the Email Services tab and it doesn't change that address either.
Hoping someone can help sort this out
