Key Responsibilities • Plan and execute B2B ecommerce email campaigns across newsletters, promotions, and automated workflows. • Manage campaign budgets in the range of $25,000–$50,000, ensuring efficient allocation and strong ROI. • Design visually appealing, brand-aligned emails that capture attention and drive conversions. • Segment audiences based on demographics, behaviors, and preferences to deliver personalized content. • Develop outreach strategies to nurture leads and strengthen customer relationships. • Build and optimize automated workflows to streamline communications and scale impact. • Monitor deliverability, performance metrics, and continuously refine campaigns for maximum effectiveness. Required Skills & Experience • Proven track record in B2B email marketing campaigns. • Experience managing budgets of $25,000–$50,000. • Strong design skills with attention to detail. • Expertise in audience segmentation and personalization. • Ability to develop and execute customer outreach strategies. • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign). • Strong copywriting and content creation skills. • Knowledge of A/B testing, analytics, and deliverability best practices. • Background in ecommerce marketing is highly preferred.
