Overview: We are Elevate Your Wealth Academy (https://elevateyourwealthacademy.com/ ), a real estate education platform teaching professionals how to become multifamily operators, structure syndication deals, and build generational wealth through apartment investing. We have already built significant foundational pieces (funnels, purchase messaging, payment processing, assets), but we need an expert to: -Audit what’s currently in place -Ensure everything operates cohesively -Architect and implement a scalable, automated lead engine that generates and converts This is not just a funnel build. We need someone who can think strategically and build systems that produce measurable results. Core Objective: Build a scalable, automated lead generation and conversion system that: -Consistently generates qualified leads -Nurtures them effectively -Books sales calls (if requested) -Converts them into paid students -Builds long-term alumni engagement Scope of Work 1. Audit + Optimization -Audit current website, funnels, CRM, and automations -Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and conversion bottlenecks -Provide a clear funnel architecture plan before implementation 2. Funnel Architecture & Build (GoHighLevel) -Design and build high-converting funnel structure -Review & Optimize Landing pages (lead magnets, webinars, applications, sales) -CRM pipeline setup and optimization -Smart segmentation and tagging -Behavior-based automation (email, SMS, follow-up) 3. Lead Generation System -Connect all lead sources into GoHighLevel: •Meta (FB/IG) •LinkedIn •YouTube •Google •Website forms •Organic + email -Ensure proper tracking, attribution, and reporting -Optimize lead flow into nurture + sales pipelines 4.
