What I Need Built: A two-part AI voice receptionist system: 1) After-Hours Agent — Handles calls when the office is closed. Answers common patient questions (hours, insurance, services offered), books/reschedules appointments, and captures new patient info. 2) Overflow Agent — Picks up when front desk staff are busy during business hours. Seamlessly handles routine calls so the team can focus on in-office patients.
