I’m hiring a Retell AI voice agent developer for a physician-led medical clinic launching paid Meta campaigns.
This is not a chatbot project.
This is not a basic automation setup.
This is not a template-based AI build.
This is about building a real voice agent that can qualify leads, handle objections, and book appointments.
If you’ve only built basic bots that answer FAQs, this probably isn’t the right fit.
You will be expected to:
- Design and build a Retell AI voice agent from scratch
- Structure conversation flows for cold inbound leads
- Handle common objections naturally
- Route or escalate to a human when appropriate
- Integrate with booking systems
- Think through edge cases before launch
- Test and refine the agent before going live
- Work without constant hand-holding
What I’m looking for:
- Direct experience building Retell AI voice agents
- Strong understanding of conversational flow
- Ability to design qualification logic
- Experience integrating AI agents with CRM or booking systems
- Clear thinking around user experience and friction
You should understand that this will be handling real leads generated from paid traffic.
The goal is not to sound robotic.
The goal is to qualify, build trust, and get appointments booked.
What I’m not looking for:
- People who’ve only built text-based chatbots
- “AI agency” generalists who outsource the work
- Template-based builds with no customization
- Generic or copy-paste proposals
If your proposal feels templated, I’ll archive it. Let’s respect each other’s time.
To apply, answer the following. Please don’t skip these.
1. Have you built a Retell AI voice agent before? If yes, describe the use case.
2. How would you structure a voice agent for a medical clinic receiving cold inbound leads?
3. How do you design objection handling inside a voice conversation?
4. How do you prevent the agent from sounding robotic or scripted?
5. What happens when the agent encounters a question it cannot answer?
6. Share one example of an AI voice agent you built and what results it produced.
If you don’t answer these clearly, I’ll assume you didn’t read the post.
Compensation:
I’m not looking for the cheapest developer.
If you’re strong, I’ll pay accordingly.
If it’s not a fit, we’ll know quickly.
