We are looking for a CSRD/ESRS Reporting Specialist to serve as the regulatory lead for Norma, our agency dedicated to automating auditable ESG compliance. Your role will be to map precise ESRS datapoints, define the evidence criteria required for successful third-party audits (OTI), and translate complex regulatory requirements into logical data extraction rules for our technical systems. We need a profile with deep expertise in the CSRD framework and a background in ESG auditing or consulting, capable of ensuring 100% traceability from raw source documents to final disclosure.
