Pipedrive Expert Needed – Custom Forms, Automations & Shopify Integration We are looking for an experienced Pipedrive specialist to help customize and implement advanced forms and automations within our existing Pipedrive setup. Our framework, pipelines, and overall CRM structure are already built — we now need someone who can refine, customize, and properly implement the remaining pieces. Scope of Work Create and configure custom Pipedrive web forms Set up automation workflows including: Auto-tagging based on form responses Automatic deal/contact creation Email follow-up sequences Activity/task creation Conditional logic workflows Ensure proper lead routing within existing pipelines Test workflows end-to-end Embed completed forms into our Shopify website Ensure proper tracking and data sync between Shopify and Pipedrive What We’re Looking For Proven experience with advanced Pipedrive automations Experience building and embedding custom forms Strong understanding of CRM workflow logic Experience integrating Pipedrive with Shopify Ability to document setup for future internal use Clear communication and ability to work efficiently Project Type Short-term project with potential for ongoing optimization work To Apply Please include: Examples of Pipedrive automations you’ve built Experience embedding forms on Shopify Estimated timeline for completion Your hourly rate or project-based quote We are ready to move quickly and would like to begin as soon as possible.
