We are looking for an experienced Business Coach/Consultant to help us transition from a pure service provider to a multi-faceted organization. Your primary focus will be helping us build a scalable Training Division: 1) Training Division Setup: Guide us in structuring, pricing, and launching a training arm for IMDS compliance (online courses, workshops, or certifications). 2) Recruitment Strategy: Help us define roles, source specialized talent, and build an on-boarding process for new IMDS professionals. 3) Operational Guidance: Advise on workflow automation and client management systems to handle increased capacity. 4) Generic Business Coaching: Provide objective feedback on our growth strategy, pricing models, and long-term scaling. Candidate Requirements: Proven experience in Business Development or Operational Management (ideally within B2B services or compliance industries). Experience in setting up training or educational departments within an existing business. Strong understanding of recruitment and team-building strategies. Excellent communication skills and a "systems-thinking" mindset. Bonus: Familiarity with the automotive supply chain or environmental compliance (ELV, REACH, etc.).
