You are not required to do technical delivery — only business development.

💰 Compensation Model
This is incentive-based compensation only:
• 10%–20% commission on each project value
• Paid after project milestone payments are received
• Example:
• $10,000 project → You earn $1,000–$2,000
• $25,000 project → You earn $2,500–$5,000
No earning cap.

• Strong communication and proposal writing skills

• Experience on Upwork or LinkedIn outreach preferred
