This is NOT a VA dialing job. This role is for experienced cold callers who know how to control a conversation and close. What We Sell We target two segments: Businesses on Google Maps with no website Businesses with websites and reviews but poor optimization Our services include: Video testimonials created from their Google reviews Free Google Business Profile audit Custom AI automation solutions tailored to their business Website builds and upgrades All services are positioned as revenue generating assets. Compensation Structure We are running a 2 day paid test sprint. Test Period: Small base pay Commission per closed deal Appointment bonus After Test Period: Higher commission Tiered bonus structure Long term contract Potential team lead role Residual commissions on clients. Get paid for the next year when we upsell clients. AI custom solutions we provide can reach as high as $20,000. We pay 10% residual commission. Top performers earn significantly more in commission than base pay.
