We are looking for an EzzyBills Expert to automate our manual purchase order approval and receipting process in SimPRO. We have already mapped our existing manual workflow into a "Gate" system (verifying PO existence, supplier matching, and price/quantity variances) and need a specialist to translate this into a functional EzzyBills Workflow. Project Scope: Workflow Construction: Build a custom workflow in the EzzyBills Workflow Designer using nodes such as Match PO, Match PO Review, and Project Manager Approval. Gate Logic Implementation: Gate 1 & 2: Automate PO and Supplier verification. Gate 3: Configure automated "Price Tolerance" triggers (e.g., 2% variance) that redirect invoices for manual review. Approval Routing: Set up an email-based approval path for Operations/Project Managers to review mismatches, add notes (for consumables/disputes), and allocate costs. Exception Handling: Create conditional rules to divert specific purchases (e.g., Assets/PPE) directly to Xero, bypassing simPRO per our internal policy. Catalogue Automation: Enable auto-creation of catalogue items within simPRO to eliminate manual data entry. Testing & Validation: Conduct end-to-end testing with sample invoices to ensure the "Success" and "Failure" paths trigger correctly and result in "Receipted" POs in simPRO. Requirements: Proven experience setting up EzzyBills with simPRO (Advanced PO matching experience is a must). Deep understanding of the EzzyBills Workflow Designer and custom nodes. Ability to translate a visual flowchart/manual procedure into technical software logic. Strong communication skills to walk us through the final handover. Deliverables: A fully active, tested EzzyBills workflow. Documentation of the logic used for each "Gate." A 15-minute screen-share walkthrough to confirm functionality.
