We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain custom AI-powered workflows integrated with our CRM system. Our goal is to reduce manual work by automating internal processes using AI bots, workflow automation tools, and API integrations. This is initially a project-based role with potential for ongoing collaboration and long-term engagement. *Responsibilities* Analyze and map our current manual workflows Design automation architecture for CRM-based processes Build and deploy custom AI bots for task automation Integrate AI tools with our CRM (e.g., lead management, follow-ups, data processing) Set up workflow automations (Zapier, Make, n8n, or custom API-based solutions) Train and optimize AI prompts and models based on business needs Monitor, maintain, and improve existing automations Document processes and provide internal training if necessary
