Governance Workflow: Build a "Handshake" voting system for OC Committees to approve expenditure via Gemini AI-generated proposals. Compliance: Integrate a "Trade Vault" for insurance tracking and an ESM (Essential Safety Measures) site patrol module with native camera support. Preferred Stack: Experience with Stripe Connect (Destination charges/Separate charges) is a must. Understanding of the Victorian Owners Corporations Act 2006 is a massive bonus.
