We are a UK-based digital marketing agency looking for an experienced automation specialist to help us design and implement a scalable SEO automation workflow using n8n and AI tools. This is not a theoretical project. We want this built, deployed, and working inside our business. If successful, this will lead to ongoing automation projects across lead generation, reporting, CRM processes, and AI integrations. ________________________________________ Project Overview – SEO Automation System We want to build an automated SEO engine that can: • Pull structured keyword data (via API or scraping tools) • Identify ranking gaps and content opportunities • Generate structured blog outlines using AI • Draft optimised blog content • Add metadata, internal linking suggestions, and schema recommendations • Output ready-to-upload content for WordPress • Potentially auto-publish or stage for approval The system should be modular, scalable, and reusable across multiple client accounts in different industries. ________________________________________ Technical Requirements We are specifically looking for someone with experience in: • n8n workflow automation • API integrations (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, etc.) • AI integration (OpenAI or similar models) • WordPress REST API • Structured data handling (JSON) • Basic SEO logic and content structuring • Error handling and workflow stability Bonus if you have experience with: • Vector databases • Web scraping tools • CRM integrations • Building reusable automation frameworks for agencies ________________________________________ What We Don’t Want • Someone who installs software manually and “shows us how it works” • Someone who delivers a disconnected script • Someone who disappears after delivery We want this implemented properly into our Smart Connecting systems. ________________________________________ Deliverables • Fully built n8n workflow • Clear documentation • Modular structure for scaling • Training session to walk us through it • Support during initial deployment
