Your Mission: • Design and build a simple, scalable ClickUp system that our team will use every day. This includes: • task & workflow management • creative production & testing tracking • product launch pipeline • customer support workflow • dashboards & performance tracking • automations & Google Sheets integrations Your work will directly improve team efficiency and reduce operational chaos. • Responsibilities • ClickUp Workspace Architecture • Design scalable workspace structure • Create Spaces, Lists, statuses & custom fields • Build templates & SOP structure Creative Workflow System • Build creative request ? production ? review ? approval flow • Create creative testing & performance tracking • Build a Winners database & tracking system • Ensure clear priorities & deadlines for designers Product Launch Workflow • Build step-by-step launch pipeline • Create launch checklists & task templates • Define responsibilities & status flow • Automate next-step task creation Customer Support Workflow • Build ticket & issue tracking system • Create order issue resolution flow • Set up address verification & COD confirmation tracking • Ensure priority & status visibility Automations & Integrations • Connect Google Sheets with ClickUp • Set up automations & triggers • Use Zapier / Make (Integromat) if needed Dashboards & Reporting Create dashboards showing: • winning creatives • best angles & markets • hit ratio & performance trends • launch status • operational bottlenecks Team Workflow & Daily Operations You will design systems that our team uses daily. The system must be: • simple & intuitive • easy for non-technical users • optimized for daily execution • structured but not complicated Requirements • Strong ClickUp experience (workspace architecture & automations) • Experience building team workflows & task systems • Experience with Zapier / Make integrations • Experience connecting Google Sheets • Process-oriented & detail-focused • Good written English BONUS (not required) • e-commerce or marketing workflow experience • understanding of performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR) Working Hours • Each time when we need to help and cooperate - we are looking someone for the long-term cooperation.
