Project Overview We are a project-based environmental and geological consulting company with 15 to 30 employees. We use Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects. We do not yet use Zoho Analytics. Our main problem: We cannot see project margin early enough. We need a structured system for real-time cost control and margin forecasting. This is an MVP focused on margin visibility and early risk detection. What We Need We are looking for a Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects and Zoho Analytics specialist to: Build a Work Package structure in CRM Link CRM and Zoho Projects properly Implement internal hourly cost model Build margin and forecast logic in Zoho Analytics Implement risk detection logic Create Owner-level dashboard Progress must be separated from cost logic. Milestones define progress. Time defines cost. Core Requirement A project must be flagged as "At Risk" if the percentage of hours used is greater than the percentage of progress plus 15 percent. This logic must be implemented in Zoho Analytics.
