We are building AI subscription-based SaaS (English UI) for restaurant owners. Phase 1 is a Lean MVP: users subscribe, submit monthly restaurant data, and receive a PDF diagnostic report uploaded manually by our team within 12 hours (no automated diagnosis engine in Phase 1). Scope (Phase 1 MVP): Auth: signup/login/password reset Multi-tenant structure (each customer isolated) Restaurant profile (basic) Stripe payment/subscription (at least 1 plan) + access control Monthly data submission form + optional file upload (PDF/Excel/screenshots) User area: submissions list + report status + report download (PDF) Admin area: view submissions/users + upload PDF report per submission Email notification when report is uploaded Clean, minimal UI inspired by grow.google/career-dreamer (not a copy) Preferred stack: Next.js (TypeScript preferred), Tailwind, PostgreSQL/Supabase or MongoDB (open to your recommendation). Deliverables: Git repo, deployed MVP, basic documentation. Please include in your proposal: similar SaaS work (auth + Stripe), estimated timeline, and fixed price for Phase 1. Scalability requirement (must): This MVP must be built as a solid foundation that we can extend into Phase 2 (Matrix-Based Diagnosis Engine + AI narrative automation) and Phase 3 (Pre-opening Scenario Builder). Please follow clean architecture, modular code structure, and database design that supports adding these modules later without rewriting the MVP.
