We need someone who creates stunning animated short videos using AI tools — and the output quality is everything. We don't care what tools you use (n8n, ComfyUI, Runway, Kling, Hailuo, custom pipelines, whatever) as long as the final product looks incredible. We have a reference video with a specific animation style. Your job is to study it, match it, and build a repeatable workflow that can produce short films about pop culture topics at that quality level. This is a creative role first, technical second. We want someone whose portfolio makes us stop scrolling. What you'll do: Study a reference video and reverse-engineer the animation style, pacing, and visual language Build a repeatable workflow (any tools) that produces short animated films at a consistently high quality Create short-form pop culture video content — storytelling matters, not just pretty visuals Iterate on style, timing, transitions, and audio to get the output to a level we'd be proud to publish Develop a process that can scale — we want to produce these regularly, not as one-offs You must have: A portfolio of AI-generated video work that demonstrates genuine creative quality — not generic AI slop Strong eye for animation style, pacing, composition, and storytelling in short-form video Experience with multiple AI video/animation tools (Runway, Kling, Pika, Hailuo, Minimax, Luma, Stable Video, or similar) Ability to match a reference style closely and iterate until it's right Understanding of the full production flow: concept → visuals → motion → audio → final edit Nice to have: Motion graphics or traditional animation background Experience with ComfyUI video workflows or custom generation pipelines Audio/music integration skills (voice synthesis, sound design, background music selection) FFmpeg or programmatic video processing experience Workflow automation experience (n8n, Make, or scripted pipelines) to speed up production
