We need someone who can build an end-to-end pipeline that takes a script and outputs a realistic talking-head video of an AI persona. The full flow: script in, finished video out — voice generation, character creation, lip-sync animation, all automated. The persona needs to look and sound as realistic as possible. We're not looking for cartoon avatars or obvious AI faces. The bar is: someone scrolling social media shouldn't immediately clock it as AI-generated. You should already have your own workflow for this. We want to see your existing output quality first, then work with you to build a repeatable, automated pipeline (ideally n8n but open to your stack) that a content creator can use without technical knowledge. What you'll build: A complete pipeline: script → voice generation → AI character/avatar → talking-head video with lip sync A reusable AI persona — a consistent character that can be used across multiple videos Voice cloning or creation in ElevenLabs (or equivalent) that sounds natural, not robotic Character animation with realistic lip sync, facial expressions, and natural movement An automated workflow (n8n preferred) so the creator just inputs a script and gets a video back You must have: A portfolio of AI talking-head videos that pass the realism test — show me your best work Experience with the full stack: voice synthesis (ElevenLabs, PlayHT, or similar), avatar/character generation (HeyGen, D-ID, Hedra, or similar), and lip-sync technology Ability to create a consistent AI persona that looks the same across multiple videos Workflow automation experience — you've chained these tools together, not just used them one by one Nice to have: n8n experience for building the automated pipeline Experience with character consistency techniques (seed images, face locking, IP-Adapter) Audio post-processing skills (pacing, emphasis, natural pauses) Background in content creation — you understand what makes a talking-head video actually engaging, not just technically correct
