We are looking for a Technical Executioner who is comfortable switching between JavaScript and Python, specifically for AI agent development and data-heavy workflows. Our Tech Stack: Languages: Python (FastAPI/LangChain/LangGraph) & Node.js/JS (Essential). AI & Data: OpenAI/Anthropic APIs, Vector Databases (Pinecone/Weaviate/Supabase), and LLM orchestration. Automation: Self-hosted n8n (Advanced workflows), custom Webhooks. Infrastructure: GitHub (Org level), Vercel, Bitwarden for secret management. Platforms: Airtable, Zoho, Cal.com, Shop API. Examples of Projects You Will Handle: LeadWise System: Turning cold leads into booked meetings using AI agents that qualify and schedule via Cal.com. Automated Webinar Ecosystems: End-to-end systems for pre-recorded webinars that generate dynamically, including management portals and automated reminder sequences. AI Agents for Sales & CS: Building "Brain-based" agents that interface with company knowledge bases (Vector DBs) to handle complex customer interactions. E-commerce Automation: Building logic for Shops management, including inventory and order syncing via API. Interactive Business Tools: Developing custom applications (like break-even calculators or ROI portals) that integrate with client data. Requirements: AI-Native Developer: You must use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor) to deliver high-quality code, fast. Backend & API Mastery: Deep understanding of REST APIs, Webhooks, and Authentication. Database Knowledge: Experience with both Relational (SQL/Airtable) and Vector databases. Git Flow: Strict adherence to Branching and PRs in a shared Organization environment.
