We are looking for a tech-savvy Marketing & Sales Operations Specialist to bridge the gap between our outreach efforts and our internal systems. You will be responsible for ensuring our sales funnel is frictionless, our CRM is a "source of truth," and our marketing campaigns are executed with precision. The ideal candidate isn't just an administrator—you are an AI enthusiast who understands the nuances of the B2B SaaS landscape and knows how to use modern tools to scale a sales team’s impact. Goals: Provide support in reaching Align Sales and Marketing goals: 1. $10,000 in additional monthly recurring revenue 2. $30,000 per month in new revenue 3. 40% Qualified Intro Align Session Close Rate 4. 10 Qualified meetings per week, 40 qualified meetings per month 5. Maintain 35%+ Intro Session to Sale Conversion Rate 6.Support in the pre-seed round of $1,000,000 and further rounds 7. Provide full CRM and scheduling support for business development and marketing, resulting in meeting and exceeding revenue goals. Core Responsibilities Sales Enablement & CRM Optimization: 1. CRM Architecture: Act as the primary owner of the CRM (HubSpot), ensuring lead attribution, pipeline stages, and data hygiene are flawless. 2. Lead Intelligence: Support the sales team by researching prospective accounts and identifying key stakeholders using AI-driven research tools. 3. Sales Flow Coordination: Manage the end-to-end scheduling for high-value sales calls, ensuring all technical stakeholders are briefed, and prep materials are ready. 4. Real-time Sales Support: Attend sales demos and discovery calls to capture technical requirements, update CRM records in real-time, and ensure follow-up collateral is dispatched immediately. Marketing Operations & AI Integration: 1. Campaign Execution: Assist in the deployment of marketing campaigns, tracking performance metrics across email, LinkedIn, and web channels. 2. AI-Driven Content Ops: Use AI tools to help format and distribute marketing materials, white papers, and "AI Evaluation" case studies. 3. Web & Funnel Maintenance: Monitor lead capture points on the website and ensure they route correctly to the sales team without delay. 4. Vendor Management: Source and coordinate with specialized vendors (designers, copywriters, or technical event organizers) relevant to the AI space. Reporting & Strategy Support: 1. Revenue Analytics: Prepare weekly reports on CRM health, lead conversion rates, and sales velocity to help leadership make data-driven decisions. 2. Industry Monitoring: Stay pulse-checked on the LLM and AI Evaluation space; provide summarized briefs on competitor moves and industry trends. 3. Process Automation: Proactively identify manual tasks in the sales/marketing workflow and implement automations (using Zapier, Make, or AI agents) to increase efficiency. Must-Have Qualifications: 1. 2+ Years Experience in Sales Support, Marketing Ops, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS or AI startup. 2. CRM Power User: Deep proficiency in CRM systems (ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, or HubSpot) with a focus on reporting and automation. 3. AI Literacy: A strong understanding of the current AI landscape. You should be an active user of AI tools. 4. Sales Support Expertise: Proven experience supporting a sales team, specifically in managing complex calendars and high-touch follow-up processes. 5. Tech Stack Proficiency: High competence in Google Workspace, Monday.com (or similar PM tools), and marketing automation platforms. Soft Skills: 1.
