We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator / DevOps Engineer to help manage and maintain our server infrastructure. This role requires strong hands-on experience with both Windows and Linux environments, virtualization, networking, and production-level troubleshooting. Responsibilities • Manage Windows Server and Linux environments • Troubleshoot RDP, SSH, firewall, and networking issues • Maintain virtualization platforms (Proxmox, Hyper-V, VMware, KVM, etc.) • Monitor system performance (CPU, RAM, disk, network) • Configure and maintain RAID/storage systems • Implement security best practices • Assist with automation (PowerShell, Bash, scripting) • Support production systems and resolve incidents quickly Requirements • Expert-level Windows Server administration • Strong Linux CLI experience • Deep understanding of TCP/IP, firewalls, ports, and routing • Virtualization experience • Ability to diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues independently • Strong communication skills To Apply Please share: • Infrastructure you’ve managed • Virtualization platforms you’ve used • Years of Windows + Linux experience • Weekly availability We’re looking for someone reliable, proactive, and comfortable managing live production systems.
