We’re looking for a GoHighLevel Assistant to handle the technical setup and management of our funnels, workflows, and automations. We already use GoHighLevel and have an in-house team creating all copy, VSLs, and content. This role is not about copywriting — it’s about making sure everything is built correctly, connected properly, and tracked accurately inside GoHighLevel. What we’re doing: We run structured funnels for an info-based e-commerce education business, including: - Paid ads (Meta) → VSL → Schedule a call - Paid ads → VSL → Register for webinar → Webinar → Schedule a call Each funnel requires: - Clean and logical funnel setup - Proper workflows and automations - Full email automation flows (copy provided, setup handled by you) Accurate tracking of: - Call bookings - Show-ups vs no-shows - Webinar registrations and attendance - Conversion percentages at each step You will be responsible for: - Technically setting up funnels inside GoHighLevel - Building workflows, triggers, tags, pipelines, and automations - Connecting calendars, forms, and tracking logic - Ensuring all data is tracked correctly and reliably - Setting up and maintaining webinar-related automations - Troubleshooting issues and optimizing existing setups - Keeping systems structured, scalable, and easy to manage Please only apply if you have: - Proven, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel - Experience working with info businesses (coaching, education, courses, or similar) - Experience setting up appointment-based funnels and/or webinar funnels in GoHighLevel Clear understanding of how to track: - Registrations - Attendance - Show-ups and no-shows - Funnel conversion metrics Additional requirements - Strong attention to detail - Ability to work independently and follow clear instructions - Comfortable working with data and performance tracking Bonus: - Experience with e-commerce education offers - Experience improving show-up rates and follow-up systems - Advanced reporting or dashboard setup inside GoHighLevel What we offer - Long-term collaboration - Clear internal structure (copy, strategy, and VSLs handled internally) - A focused team that values clean systems and consistency If this sounds like a good fit and you have real hands-on experience with GoHighLevel funnels and automations, we’d like to hear from you.
