JOB DESCRIPTION I am looking for an Automation VA to help set up a simple cold email outreach system for B2B decision makers. This is not marketing. This is a straightforward outbound email automation setup. You will help connect: Google Sheets lead list Cold email platform such as Instantly Email sequences and follow-ups This is a short setup project with potential ongoing work if done well. SCOPE OF WORK You will: Set up cold email sending platform (Instantly or similar) Connect Google Sheet with leads Upload or sync contacts Configure email warmup if needed Create a 3 to 4 step email sequence (copy will be provided) Set reply detection and stop on reply Test campaign with sample leads Make sure everything runs on autopilot Goal is that once finished emails send automatically and replies are tracked.
