Our GoHighLevel system is functional, but it is not architected at the level required for optimized performance. We are not looking for a basic funnel builder or VA. We are looking for a GoHighLevel Architect who understands pipeline structure, automation logic, attribution tracking, and high-ticket conversion systems. Our objective is to build a hybrid acquisition model where automation handles the majority of front-end engagement and our team focuses only on qualified, high-intent conversations. Objective Rebuild and optimize our GoHighLevel infrastructure to improve: • Booking rate • Show rate • Conversion efficiency • Attribution clarity • Automation performance This is not a landing page project. This is a full acquisition system architecture project. Scope of Work (Phase 1 – Audit & Rebuild) 1. Full audit of our current GoHighLevel account 2. Clean pipeline architecture: Lead → Contacted → Booked → Showed → Closed → Lost (with reason tracking) 3. Implement structured speed-to-lead automation: • Immediate SMS • Call attempt logic • Email follow-up • Voicemail sequence 4. Build follow-up sequences for: • Non-bookers • No-shows • Long-term nurture 5. Clean tagging and attribution setup 6. KPI dashboard tracking: • Cost per lead • Cost per booked call • Show rate • Close rate • Cost per acquisition 7.
