We are a growing Australian service-based business in the property sector. We’re looking for a high-level Revenue Operations / Business Intelligence specialist to build and manage a monthly executive dashboard covering:
* Marketing performance
* Sales pipeline metrics
* Financial performance
* Operational efficiency
This is not basic reporting.
We want strategic-level clarity and decision-grade insights.
The Role
You will design and maintain a monthly performance dashboard that integrates data from:
* CRM (GHL / similar)
* Advertising platforms (Meta / Google)
* Accounting software (Xero or similar)
* Internal operational metrics
The outcome:
A clean, executive-level dashboard that clearly shows:
* Revenue
* Gross profit
* Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
* Lifetime Value (LTV)
* Conversion rates by stage
* Cost per lead
* Pipeline value
* Forecast revenue
* Operational KPIs (cycle time, close rate, fulfilment time etc.)
* Marketing attribution clarity
We want insights — not just charts.
You Must Understand
* Sales pipeline mechanics
* CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion tracking
* Financial ratios and margin analysis
* Operational efficiency metrics
* CRM integrations
* Attribution modelling
* Automation and data consolidation
* Forecast modelling
