We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter / Headhunter with a strong background in: Oil & Gas industry recruitment Mechanical engineering hiring Instrumentation & hardware engineering roles Industrial / field engineering recruitment Mechanical Design Engineers (industrial equipment / solids control / conveyors) Instrumentation Engineers (XRF, sensors, lab systems) Automation / Robotics Engineers Field Deployment Engineers (rig-site experience preferred) Manufacturing / Supply Chain Engineers Scope of Work 1️⃣ Active sourcing (LinkedIn, industry networks, referrals) 2️⃣ Screening technical candidates 3️⃣ Conducting first-round interviews 4️⃣ Providing shortlists of top 3–5 candidates per role 5️⃣ Supporting offer negotiation (if needed)
