Job Description We are a fast-growing real estate wholesaling company seeking an experienced CRM & automation specialist to rebuild and optimize our CRM system. We are currently using a GoHighLevel-based white-label CRM (Closing Control) and want to migrate back to Resimpli while preserving and improving our automation workflows. This is not a basic data transfer job. We are looking for someone who can design and implement a scalable CRM operating system. ⸻ Scope of Work Phase 1 – Audit & Mapping     •    Review current GoHighLevel workflows and automations     •    Document all SMS, call, drip, and pipeline automations     •    Map acquisition and disposition workflows visually     •    Identify improvements before rebuilding Phase 2 – Data Migration     •    Export and clean all CRM data     •    Organize and structure tags, custom fields, and pipelines     •    Import cleaned data into Resimpli Phase 3 – Rebuild & Improve Automations     •    Recreate SMS drip campaigns     •    Build structured follow-up sequences for:     •    New leads     •    Preforeclosures     •    Warm follow-ups     •    Long-term nurture     •    Create automated pipeline movement logic     •    Implement tagging structure for reporting     •    QA test all workflows Phase 4 – Documentation     •    Create simple SOP documentation for our internal VAs     •    Provide Loom walkthroughs explaining system logic ⸻ Ideal Candidate     •    Strong experience with GoHighLevel     •    Experience with Resimpli (preferred)     •    Experience building CRM systems for real estate wholesalers     •    Deep understanding of automation logic and trigger conditions     •    Knows how to avoid automation conflicts and duplication     •    Thinks in systems, not tasks ⸻ What We’re Building We are building a CRM that:     •    Fits our workflow (not the other way around)     •    Tracks seller disposition clearly     •    Automates aggressive but intelligent follow-up     •    Supports scaling to a fully virtual acquisitions team     •    Reduces missed opportunities ⸻ To Apply Please include:     1.    A brief explanation of your experience with CRM migrations     2.    Examples of automation systems you’ve built     3.    A Loom video explaining one automation workflow you created     4.    Your proposed approach to this project Applications without examples will not be considered.
