Overview
I am seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused Social Media Manager to manage content updates, scheduling, posting, and engagement for my real estate brand.
Strategy, voice, structure, and graphics will be provided. This role is focused on implementation, brand consistency, automation setup, and performance tracking.
This is not a strategy development role. It is an execution and optimization role.

Scope of Work
• Update Canva graphics with my branding and applicable local market information
• Maintain strict brand consistency (fonts, colors, formatting, layout hierarchy)
• Write or refine captions in a confident, knowledgeable, informative tone
• Schedule content in advance, when possible
• Post directly from my Social Media accounts
• Create and manage auto-responses where applicable (DM keywords, comment triggers, FAQs)
• Publish a minimum of 4 feed posts per week
• Publish Daily Stories where applicable
• Publish 2–3 short-form videos per week
• Monitor engagement and respond to standard comments/messages
• Provide weekly performance summary

• Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and standards
• Implement rotating hashtag strategy (including required tags: #SoldBySeward #REALGoodCompany)
• Track performance metrics weekly
• Identify minor optimization opportunities
• Maintain security protocols and professional communication

Required Experience
• Canva Pro proficiency
• Experience managing social media for real estate professionals
• Experience posting directly through native scheduling tools
• Ability to maintain brand tone and messaging discipline
• Understanding of engagement strategy and platform analytics
• Experience setting up automated DM or comment responses

• Basic short-form video editing skills (Reels/TikTok)
• Experience working with CRM-connected marketing systems
• Strong understanding of buyer and seller psychology
• Familiarity with keyword-based engagement funnels
