About Us: We are a growing B2B agency with a small, dedicated internal team of lead generators. They are working hard, but we need to make them highly efficient, goal-oriented, and focused on quality. We are looking for a seasoned Lead Generation Strategist to step in as a consultant/coach for a few hours a week to optimize our processes, fix our market positioning, train our team, and drive actual revenue. The Role: We are NOT looking for someone to just send messages or scrape data for us. We are looking for a strategist and coach who cares about the final result. You will audit our current Upwork and LinkedIn processes, optimize our profiles and descriptions to attract high-ticket clients, build a winning playbook, and hold our internal team accountable to strict KPIs. Time Commitment: 2 to 5 hours per week (Flexible consultancy). Your Responsibilities: * Positioning & Copywriting: Audit and rewrite our Upwork profiles, proposals, and LinkedIn outreach scripts. We want you to fix our positioning so we attract serious buyers, not window-shoppers. * Process Creation: Implement a scalable, repeatable lead generation playbook for both LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, automation) and Upwork. * Team Coaching: Hold a weekly sync with our lead gen team to review metrics, tweak scripts, role-play, and set weekly goals. * KPI Tracking: Help us set up proper tracking so we can measure conversion rates at every step of the funnel (not just "messages sent"). Requirements: * Proven, documented success in B2B lead generation strategy (specifically on LinkedIn and Upwork). * Experience managing, training, or consulting lead generation/sales teams. * Deep understanding of how to position an agency to win high-value contracts. * Strong English communication skills. Compensation Structure (Skin in the Game): We want a true partner who is aligned with our revenue goals. We will pay your agreed-upon hourly rate for your consulting time, plus two massive performance incentives: * Bonus 1 (The Pipeline Multiplier): If our internal team hits an agreed-upon monthly target of QUALIFIED Calls under your guidance, we will DOUBLE your monthly hourly payout. *(Note: We strictly define "Qualified." A call only counts if it is with a decision-maker who fits our Ideal Customer Profile and has the budget for our services. This means your positioning and targeting must be spot-on).* * Bonus 2 (The Revenue Kicker): To ensure we are completely aligned on the final result, we will also offer a percentage-based commission on any closed revenue that comes from the pipeline your team builds.
