Design and implement AI-driven systems that automate and optimize LAB Acoustics’ operations — including finance, invoicing, receivables, CRM, outreach, proposal tracking, and KPI visibility. This role focuses on operational intelligence, not experimental ML research. The goal is to turn LAB into a data-driven, AI-augmented company with real-time visibility and automated workflows. 🎯 Core Responsibilities 1️⃣ Financial Automation & Visibility Integrate QuickBooks, Stripe, and bank data into a centralized dashboard Automate invoicing workflows and receivable reminders Build AR aging tracking and smart follow-up sequences Create burn rate and runway dashboards Track margin per project (manufacturing + services) Implement cost visibility (AWS, SaaS tools, etc.) 2️⃣ Proposal & CRM Intelligence Design system to track proposal status (sent, opened, replied) Parse email + WhatsApp communication into structured CRM data Auto-generate follow-up drafts Implement lead scoring system Create centralized client interaction timeline 3️⃣ Sales & Outreach Automation Build AI-generated personalized outreach flows Implement structured follow-up logic Create client segmentation logic Automate reminders and task creation 4️⃣ Internal AI Infrastructure Design and deploy LLM-based agents for business workflows Implement secure API integrations (QuickBooks, Stripe, Gmail, etc.) Build RAG system over internal documents if needed Monitor LLM cost and usage efficiency Ensure data privacy and tenant isolation 5️⃣ KPI & Executive Dashboard Build a live executive dashboard showing: Cash on hand Receivables Payables Burn rate Runway Sales pipeline Production status Integrate Trello and project data where relevant
