We are building a performance-driven creator and affiliate engine for CV Labz, a fast-growing AI-powered career platform. www.cvlabz.com We offer creators a commission per paid Pro or Premium user they generate. We are now looking for an experienced Affiliate & Influencer Manager to scale this program aggressively and professionally. Your responsibility will be to design, recruit, and manage a network of performance-based creators. Scope of work: • Identify and recruit career-focused creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn) • Build outreach systems (DM scripts, email flows, tracking sheets) • Structure commission tiers and incentive bonuses • Manage referral codes and tracking performance • Optimize creator onboarding and communication • Identify top performers and scale them • Propose improvements to commission structures and retention incentives • Coordinate with paid ads team to whitelist and reuse top-performing UGC We are not looking for vanity influencer campaigns. This is a performance-based acquisition model. The goal is to build a scalable creator sales force. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience building affiliate or influencer programs • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, and SaaS margins • Experience negotiating usage rights and performance bonuses • Organized, data-driven, and execution-focused • Comfortable managing volume outreach (50–100+ creators per week) This is not a one-off campaign role.
