We operate high-level global events. We connect founders, investors, brands, and operators. We are installing OpenClaw as a local AI automation assistant. This must be deployed inside a UTM virtual machine on macOS so activity is isolated, controlled, and observable. We want this done properly from day one. This is not a VA role. This is a systems build. + OBJECTIVE Build a contained automation environment that allows us to: • Follow up with event leads • Track conversations • Reference Luma event links in outreach • Book calls and confirm attendance • Monitor bot activity clearly Lean. Efficient. No unnecessary complexity. +PHASE 1 — UTM ENVIRONMENT • Install and configure UTM on Mac • Create optimized macOS VM • Ensure WhatsApp + Telegram function inside VM • Set up secure workspace • Document full setup We want clean isolation and full visibility. +PHASE 2 — OPENCLAW INSTALLATION • Install OpenClaw inside VM • Connect messaging channels • Configure safe sending limits • Implement logging so we can see activity • Provide structured reporting visibility We must be able to observe what the bot is doing. +PHASE 3 — LEAD NURTURE SYSTEM We have spreadsheets from recent events. (Phone numbers + Telegram usernames.) You will: • Import and segment leads • Build structured follow-up sequences • Include relevant Luma event links in messaging • Track replies, bookings, confirmations • Maintain clean pipeline tracking All outreach must remain compliant and professional. +PHASE 4 — BUSINESS OUTREACH System should support structured business outreach workflows. Keep this efficient and compliant. +++FUTURE EXPANSION Infrastructure may later support additional automated digital workflows. We want strong system architecture from the start.
