We’re building a web-based software platform and need a detail-oriented Product Manager who will work closely with the founder and dev team to improve product quality, UX, and execution.
You’ll directly shape what we build each week — your feedback and designs will immediately turn into dev tasks and product improvements that users will feel.
Responsibilities
Run weekly product review meetings with the dev team (and ad-hoc when needed)
Test the platform end-to-end on every update (web + mobile responsiveness)
Find, document, and track bugs (severity, steps to reproduce, expected vs actual, screenshots/video)
Write clear product feedback tickets with:
problem statement / context
steps to reproduce (for bugs)
proposed solution (for improvements)
acceptance criteria
edge cases
Prioritize the backlog with the dev team (what to fix now vs later)
Suggest continuous improvements (UX, flows, performance, reliability, automation)
Keep founder + dev team constantly updated with:
weekly summary (done / next / blockers)
release notes (simple + clear)
a running “top issues” list
Design Scope (Required)
This role also includes graphic/UI support:
Create / improve UI mockups, simple product visuals, and small design adjustments
Prepare clean assets for implementation (export specs, sizes, basic style consistency)
Collaborate with dev team to ensure designs are implemented correctly
Tools (Must Use)
Notion (documentation, meeting notes, product requirements)
Excel (tracking, QA logs, priorities, reporting)
Figma (UI mockups, flows, quick prototypes)
Adobe (Illustrator/Photoshop or similar for graphic assets)
Deliverables (What success looks like)
A clean Notion workspace: backlog, specs, meeting notes, weekly updates
A QA process (checklist + regression testing) and a bug log in Excel
Figma screens/flows + Adobe assets ready for dev implementation
Fewer bugs, clearer flows, and faster iteration over time
Required Skills
Proven experience as Product Manager / Product Owner / Product Ops (QA-minded)
Strong attention to detail (you enjoy catching edge cases)
Ability to write excellent tickets that devs can execute immediately
Strong communication + follow-up (no “silent weeks”)
Comfortable doing UI/graphic design alongside product work
Familiar with Agile / sprints / backlog grooming
Project Type
Ongoing (part-time) — start with a paid trial period (1–2 weeks), then continue long-term.
Time Commitment
10–20 hours/week (flexible)
Timezone: Lebanon (Asia/Beirut) — meetings should be workable for this timezone.
How to Apply (Important)
