We’re looking for a highly capable Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute our SEO, Google Ads, landing pages, tracking, and conversion optimisation for a business in the aesthetics / skin industry. This is a hands-on execution role for someone who understands how to market skin clinics, cosmetic services, or aesthetic treatments, and can manage campaigns end-to-end with minimal supervision. You’ll be responsible for keeping everything running smoothly, optimising performance continuously, and stepping in quickly if anything breaks or needs attention. What You’ll Be Responsible For Google Ads Management Create, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns for aesthetic/skin services Ongoing keyword research, ad copy, extensions, and bid optimisation Improve lead volume, cost per lead, and conversion quality Ensure campaigns align with advertising compliance standards relevant to the industry Monitor performance and scale what works SEO (Ongoing Execution) On-page SEO for existing and new pages Keyword research specific to aesthetics, skin treatments, and cosmetic services Blog and landing page optimisation for organic growth Track rankings, impressions, and organic traffic Identify and resolve SEO issues (technical, structural, or content-related) Landing Pages Build and optimise landing pages for ads and SEO Improve messaging, structure, and conversion flow Ensure landing pages align with Google Ads best practices and industry compliance Work within CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar Click Fraud & Traffic Quality Protection Monitor and block bot traffic and fake clicks Protect ad spend from competitor or fraudulent activity Improve traffic quality and conversion reliability Call & Lead Tracking Set up and maintain call and lead tracking Ensure accurate attribution across ads and organic traffic Monitor lead quality and booking outcomes Track ROI from calls, forms, and enquiries Heatmaps, Funnels & Conversion Optimisation Implement and manage heatmaps and session recordings Analyse user behaviour and drop-off points Identify and implement CRO improvements for service-based funnels Reporting & Live Dashboards Maintain real-time performance dashboards Track key metrics across ads, SEO, leads, and conversions Provide clear insights and actionable recommendations Ensure reporting is accurate and always accessible Autonomous Management Work independently once priorities are set Accept and execute requests as they come Proactively identify issues and growth opportunities Keep systems running without micromanagement What We’re Looking For Strong experience with Google Ads (search campaigns required) Solid understanding of SEO execution and optimisation Experience marketing aesthetic clinics, skin services, or cosmetic treatments Experience building and optimising landing pages Confident with GA4, Google Search Console Experience with call tracking and conversion tracking Familiar with heatmaps and session recording tools Clear written English and strong communication Reliable, organised, and performance-focused Nice to Have Experience with regulated or compliance-sensitive industries Local SEO for clinics or multi-location businesses CRO or UX optimisation experience Copywriting for ads and landing pages in the aesthetics space Familiarity with click-fraud protection tools Why This Role Long-term opportunity in a growing aesthetics business High level of ownership and autonomy Performance-focused, not micromanaged Opportunity to manage full-funnel digital marketing, not just isolated tasks
